Ed&Wolf Portraits

Spring

Image
Friday was a really beautiful spring day when it seemed impossible to work or just stay put when the sun was shining outside. The lights were amazing in the public garden near to our house so I took the Glasshouse game with me to set the fairies and the light bugs free. We all enjoyed the freedom together and the scents of spring air. :-)

New Sketches

I have started to design a new game a couple of weeks ago. The main characters, Ed and Wolf head to the Moon Tree to ask him for Courage (that they will presumably gain during their adventures). The current design started backwards: before having any idea of the game rules I drew these pictures, even if they might not fit in the game. If they will fit, they will be coloured, but if they won’t, I’ll keep that gloomy/monochrome world to myself. :-)

How to Play

We can not stop playing with ‘Under the Leaves’ , it is really an experience using the properly done game pieces instead of my paper cuts. :-)The game rule also worked well, I did my best to make it clear, even with making a stop-motion how-to-play animation! Hopefully, it helps you to understand better the rules! (please check it on Youtube )
