Tragedy
I needed to gather some strength to write this because I still can’t believe it’s happening to us. Many of you have been with us for the past 15 years—you are like family, and you have the right to know. As you may remember, we started Marbushka to entertain our daughter, and our unexpected success was proof that miracles do happen. There was no rational explanation — and we did our best to embrace this brand-new reality. You loved us, followed our journey on the blog, and shared our adventures through our games. These games were the imprints of our lives, and now, our story seems to be reaching its end—unfortunately, not a happy one. László—my husband and Bojana’s dad—has passed away. We fought against cancer for five tragic and exhausting weeks, but in the end, we lost the battle. He didn’t deserve so much pain. None of us did.
